Lobbying

Who lobbied each key vote

For every vote on the Votes pages, the quarterly lobbying reports that named the bill and the clients behind them. The money is what those clients paid in the quarters they listed the bill, across everything they lobbied, so it is a ceiling for the bill itself. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce tops most lists because it names hundreds of bills on one report.
